Route 66, “The Mother Road, is America’s most famous and historic stretch of highway. It links Chicago, Illinois in the east to Santa Monica, California in the west. I made this map showing the Illinois section of Route 66, to accompany a feature as published in the July 2016 issue of Country Extra magazine.
